Office hours: Consultations are by appointment only.  Special arrangements can be made for meeting in the evenings or on weekends.  The firm is usually available by telephone, fax, and e-mail.  We strive to return calls and respond to e-mails within 48-72 hours.  However, this may not always be possible due to deadlines or travel. 

Fees:  Most matters will be subject to an hourly rate which will be quoted at the initial meeting, plus expenses.  Occasionally, projects can be handled on a flat fee basis.  If money keeps you from seeking representation for legal problems, please know the firm will accept an agreeable payment plan for legal services.
